This week we have been checking on the progress of the seeds we planted 2 weeks ago. Some have germinated and just about pushing through the soil, some haven’t germinated at all and some are now seedlings with 4 leaves on. We checked if we could spot any roots coming out of the bottom of the pot which meant there was something growing. There was also one surprise, one shoot had been eaten by slugs!
We recorded what we observed and then had a think about what would happen over the next few weeks, we are all hoping that they grow taller and taller 😊
