Class 1 hosted a delightful picnic this week and invited their friends from Nursery and their Class 4 reader buddies to join them.
There was a great deal of concentration and preparation required; with all the spreading, chopping, sharing tasks – constant learning and skill development, expertly disguised as ‘picnic-parties and playtime’!
We set up our picnic in our outdoor play area, to take advantage of the lovely warm weather – perfect for a picnic!
Not only were we able to enjoy some delicious food together, but we also had time for some playing and reading together with our friends – we hope you all enjoyed our picnic!
