Our School runs an effective student council programme wherein each class votes to elect a class representative onto the student council to represent the views, needs and opinions of the students in their class. This organisation allows the children to learn about effective cooperation, communication and to develop leadership and organisational skills, while ensuring that the voice of the students is heard.
School Council 2024-2025
We are proud to be your School Council representatives for this school year. We are pleased to have been elected to share the views and ideas of pupils in our class, contribute to decisions to improve school, run events, and help take care of our school.
Autumn term 2024
At the start of this year, our School Council have launched our £1 challenge, to try to encourage our pupils to help to raise money for new IT provision in school. The council used themselves as a trial run with the challenge, then helped to launch it to the other pupils and are continuously encouraging them to keep raising. We have been so impressed by the progress the children have made already and we are planning to finish the challenge before Christmas.
