In Birch class, this term in Science, we have been learning about bones and teeth. We created an experiment using eggs as their representation of their enamel and created 6 different variables. We used water, tea, orange juice, squash and milk. The class predicted which liquid would erode the enamel the most and after two weeks, the most damaged eggs were the orange squash and juice!
We then followed up with testing their own teeth using plaque reveal tablets and brushed the plaque away together.
