Year 3 and 4 enjoyed immersing themselves into their new topic of The Romans. Dressed in a fantastic variety of Roman costumes, the pupils enthusiastically enjoyed a range of activities! From learning more about Roman roads, whilst working in partners to program the Beebots, to creating some amazing Roman armour and even following a recipe from one of our topic books to cook and taste a delicious Roman snack – honey toast!
It was wonderful to see so much excitement building around the topic ready for the term ahead, with children already inspired by their learning so far this term!
